Vic; Home builder misled customers, says ACCC
Australia's price watchdog says a Melbourne home builder has been stopped from luring
home-buyers with untrue claims about the GST.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission says Metricon Homes has been ordered
to stop telling clients the GST has started forcing up new home prices from last October.
The tax doesn't take effect until July 1 this year.
