While the Pentagon has made progress solving interoperability glitches in its legacy command, control, communications and computers (C4I) systems, service officials told members of the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) that a number of interoperability shortfalls remain.
The Joint Staff, with U.S. Joint Forces Command, has developed a prioritized list of critical command and control systems that have interoperability shortfalls to resolve, Rear Adm.
